Who we are

    C&R Research Services, Inc. was born in 1990 in the United States from the merger of Creative Research Associates, Inc., a supplier of customized qualitative and quantitative market research with 30 years of experience, and Response Research, a supplier of quantitative research operating since 1984.

    From its inception, applying the most effective research and data processing tools was the basis for a sustained growth that started in the United States and is currently expanding to all countries in the Americas.

    At present, C&R ranks 24th in the Honomichl list in the US, that includes the 50 largest market research companies.

    During 1999 C&R conducted approximately 1,000 focus groups and other qualitative interviews, and approximately 500,000 telephone and personal quantitative interviews.
